This past week I was planning on starting the program. I actually ended up missing a couple of days due to work and school, so I didn't get the opportunity to do every workout. It was kind of nice though because it gave me the chance to watch a few of the
dvd's and have an idea of what each exercise is and how to do it. Now, I know a lot of people may be confused by that statement, but can anyone tell me what a
congdon curl is (without looking it up)? ...Exactly... So, watching the
dvd's does help. Even if I plan on doing the workout at the gym rather than at home. I would actually do it all at home if I had
dumbells and a pull-up bar. Since I don't, I take the days where I need those things and go to the gym. Other days, like
plyometrics or yoga or
kenpo, I do at home in front of the
tv.
I got a glimpse of everything and will be able to start full force this week. Just because I didn't fully do the program this week doesn't mean I didn't get some good workouts in. My chest and back were the sorest I have ever felt. I couldn't finish the
plyometrics routine and my shoulders and arms received a beating as well. So, this program
is extreme and I crave more to beat myself up even further.

forum that I will link here to see some other people's progress or results. It is very motivating!
